Etiology
alcoholic liver disease
- alcoholic hepatitis
drug-associated hepatic anomalies
- amiodarone-associated hepatic anomalies
primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC)
adenomatous hyperplasia in cirrhotic livers (2777244)
