ARC syndrome

ARC syndrome is the association of arthrogryposis, renal tubular acidosis, and cholestasis.

Synopsis

- arthrogryposis
- renal tubular acidosis with renal Fanconi syndrome

  • nephrogenic diabetes insipidus

- cholestasis with jaundice
- ichthyosis
- recurrent febrile illnesses
- diarrhoea
- failed to thrive
- abnormally large platelets
- dysmorphism

Etiology
