8q21 amplification
Tuesday 28 February 2017
Copy number increases restricted to chromosome 8q21 has been described in human cancers, which were reported most frequently in breast cancer.
Amplification of 8q21 in breast cancer is independent of MYC and associated with poor patient outcome. (20139910)
