Pigmented spindle-cell tumors of the lymph nodes have a broad differential diagnosis, including both benign and malignant neoplasms.

Synopsis

- atypical polygonal cells and atypical spindle cells
- bland nuclear features
- abundant cytoplasmic anthracotic pigment
