NUT
Friday 4 December 2009
The deduced 1,127-amino acid protein coded by NUT has a calculated molecular mass of about 120 kD. Northern blot analysis of several normal human tissues detected a 3.6-kb transcript only in testis.
Expression in tumors
NUT in not expressed in primary lung tumours. (26341600)
Pathology
NUT-associated midline carcinoma
NUT-associated pulmonary carcinoma
- Nota bene: NUT is not expressed in usual primary lung tumours (26341600)
