Definition: Transducin-like enhancer protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TLE1 gene. TLE1 encodes a transcriptional corepressor
Pathology
TME is overexpressed in synovial sarcomas.
- TME is a IHC marker of synovial sarcoma.
- TLE1 is an excellent bio-marker for distinguishing the synovial sarcoma from other soft tissue malignancies.
Transducer-like Enhancer of Split 1 (TLE1) is expressed in Follicular Dendritic Cells (FDCs) and Follicular Dendritic Cell Tumors (FDCTs).
Interactions
TLE1 has been shown to interact with:
Glycoprotein 130
HES6
RUNX1
RUNX3
SIX3
TLE2
UTY
