 prominent forehead
 small low-set ears
 hypertelorism
 epicanthal folds
 small palpebral fissures
 short philtrum
 syndactyly

 MRI of the brain

  • high signal abnormalities in the periventricular white matter
  • hypoplastic corpus callosum
  • under-rotated hippocampus
  • atrophic hippocampus
