  • insufficient modeling
  • generalized densification
  • fragility of the skeleton

- craniofacial anomalies

  • hypertelorism
  • severe microretrognathia
  • cleft palate
  • absent epiglottis
  • reduced number and mineralization of teeth buds

- abnormal terminal phalanges

- cerebral anomalies

  • bilateral fronto-parietal cerebral polymicrogyria
