CDKN1B
MIM.600778 12p13
p21 (CDKN1A) and p27 (CDKN1B) block the cell cycle by binding to cyclin-CDK complexes. p21 (CDKN1A) is induced by the tumor suppressor p53. p27 (CDKN1B) responds to growth suppressors such as transforming growth factor-β (TGFBs).
