Types
Apocrine differentiation
- papillary hidradenoma (papillary fronds, vulvar / perianal)
- tubular apocrine adenoma (epidermal connection)
syringoma: small ducts with 2 rows of cells
papillary eccrine adenoma: cystic ducts and papillary fronds
papillated ducts open to epidermis
- papillary syringadenoma (scalp)
- nipple adenomatosis (nipple)
mixed tumor ( chondroid syringoma ): chondromyxoid stroma and tubular or anastomosing glands
sebaceous hyperplasia (lobular arrangement around a central duct), sebaceous adenoma or sebaceous carcinoma
