Synopsis

 The tumor grows very slowly over the course of years
 thin bland cords & tubules
 keratin cysts
 deeply infiltrative
 perineural infiltration
 biphasic malignant sweat duct tumor with ductal and follicular differentiation
 bump or plaque on the upper lip, cheek or chin of older individuals

Differential diagnosis

 desmoplastic trichoepithelioma
