iris xanthogranuloma

Synopsis

- histiocytes
- lymphocytes
- multinucleated giant cells
- eosinophilic leukocytes.

The histiocytes stain positive for CD68, CD45, and factor XIIIa and negative for S-100 and CD1a.

Differential diagnosis

- iris melanoma
