Synopsis

 hepatic biliary ductopenia (paucity of intrahepatic bile ducts)

 renal anomalies

  • unilateral renal agenesis
  • subcortical renal cysts

 pancreatic anomalies

  • insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus
  • pancreatic atrophy

Differential diagnosis

 Alagille syndrome
 renal-hepatic-pancreatic dysplasia (former Ivemark syndrome type 2)
