biphasic growth pattern
- superficial dermis : Irregular, thin-walled and dilated Vascular channels Lined by hobnail cells
- deep dermis : the vessels forms slit-like spaces.
Hemosiderin deposition
dilated vascular structures in the superficial dermis lined by prominent hobnail endothelial cells
- Ectatic vessels with plump endothelial cells in the upper dermis and dermal hemosiderin
- Dilated ectatic vessels w hobnail endothelium superficially
collagen dissecting, rather narrow neoplastic vessels in deeper parts of the lesion
hobnailed endothelial cells;
no atypia .
