- acute lymphoblastic leukemia / focal lymphoblastic lymphoma
- chronic lymphocytic leukemia
- hairy cell leukemia
- prolymphocytic leukemia, B and T cell
- Burkitt leukemia or lymphoma
- non-hodgkin lymphoma, B and T cell
- large granular lymphocytosis
- myeloma
- Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia
- Hodgkin lymphoma
