- villous mucosal hyperplasia

  • tall papillary projections of gallbladder epithelium
  • bland cytologic features
  • basal orientation of nuclei

- spongioid mucosal hyperplasia
- proliferation of metaplastic pseudopyloric glands (""adenomatous" hyperplasia)
