Synopsis

 multiple polyps, filiform polyps
 amyloid deposition (submucosa, muscularis mucosae, lamina propria)
 multiple globular submucosal deposits with a lamellated appearance reminiscent of corpora amylacea
 linear amyloid deposition in a perivascular distribution
