• tibial fusion and severe tibial hypoplasia

• sacral dysplasia
• vertebral segmentation anomalies
• Abnormal T9

 right hand ectrodactyly

 narrow chest (narrow thorax) with pulmonary hypoplasia

 abnormal number of ribs (supernumerary ribs)

• fourteen right ribs
• thirteen left ribs

 bilateral radial ray anomalies

• right radial agenesis with right club hand
• left radial hypoplasia with left club hand with severe first metacarpial hypoplasia

 right upper limb anomalies

• right radial agenesis with right club hand
• right hand ectrodactyly
• three right metacarpians
• two right fingers

 left upper limb anomalies

• left radial hypoplasia with left club hand
• severe hypoplasia of the first left metacarpian
• abnormal position of left fingers
